If you are, do you know who your competitors are? What they are doing? How they are attacking the market? What your business is doing that is comparatively stronger? weaker?
If you haven’t thought about these questions, then perhaps it’s time for you to start thinking about them. Running a business isn’t just about servicing your current customers, but in order to keep them from going with one of your competitors and also to attract new customers, you must have a strategy in keeping ahead of the competition.
